Prevention is better than cure

Dear Brothers and Sister,

Greetings in the precious name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. We welcome you all to our Christian Council of India, Tamil Nadu State. Today we would like to talk a very serious issue that is taking place everywhere and more frequently around us. We are surprised that not all are taking it seriously is our concern. That’s why we have prayerfully tabled before all our members to take stock of the situation which is prevailing in our daily life. People normally bother when it happens to self or their own group or otherwise any issue is a news.

We being a Godly people are not to act so. This is the reason we need to unite together and curtail certain unwanted issues in the society and within our family and the Church. Hope you might have guessed by this time is nothing but Pastors and the Churches are being vandalised by the wicked people. Braking the barriers, stopping the worship, interfering gospel team, abusing Pastors and their families, applying ritual practices on foreheads of the Pastors, beating and ill-treating and more untoward acts against the people of God. This is nowadays a routine news happening in every region. But our concern is how can be a Pastor or a Church can be an easy target for certain people. Is it so easy to touch a Pastor or a Church, means there is something to take care or rectify. Because the Bible says, “I will bless those bless you and I will curse those curse you”, also God kept us all a ‘flame of Fire’ according to our Bible. So if this is the case then we must take appropriate steps for corrective measures is the need of the hour.

It’s time to set right ourselves or else face the music is the only answer for us. Simply forwarding the videos or messaging for prayer makes no difference. We must maintain dignity because we are all Godly people. We are the salt for the world and the Light of the world. We must show our righteousness in all our walks of life. We know that there are Pastors fellowship in every area having a cluster of members not less than 100 and in some group 200 – 250 members and even more in bigger areas. We must equip and educate our Pastors to develop to be blessing to the society. We must think what exactly happening in the monthly Pastors fellowships. Mere eating and talking does not serve any purpose but where there is no vision, the people perish, but he that keeps the law is happy. Prov: 29 : 18

Let us unite to be one with one vision and try to understand the word of God in right sense and let us watch our walking, talking and doing in line to the word what God has showed us and taught us. We are available to help you all and that is the reason to form a forum called Christian Counsel of India and we have a Tamil Nadu State chapter. Do not waste further any more time. We are not for harming the society but to uphold the society is our ultimate goal. So we must whole heartedly welcome by our fellow people in our place of living and going and let us project the love of God to the people around us.
